  15. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
  16. The Tobago Cays. Made up of four small green islets and surrounded by a horseshoe shaped reef, this area is one of the most spectacularly beautiful and serene places in all the Caribbean.

  18. ACCESS TO BEACH:
  19. Water access only. Three of the islands have beaches, notably Jamesby, the southernmost island, which has beautiful palm lined scenery highlighted by large boulders at one end.

  22. Pristine beach surrounded by transparent aquamarine water.

  24. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
  25. Reached mainly by charter boat, most sailors make the Tobago Cays their primary destination in the Grenadines. On any given day there will likely be over a dozen yachts moored in the calm  harbor-like lagoon. Non-sailors and daytrippers can also experience these islets by signing up for the daily tours from Union Island (make sure you pre-order lunch). There are day charters including air transportation to Union Island and a 'sail for a day'. These trips originate from Grenada, Barbados, St. Lucia and Martinique and are sold by different companies.
